The four stages of the typhoid fever are:
Stage 1
In this stage, you may experience symptoms like:
– dry cough
– indolence or
– headache.
You may or may not have a fever. Even if you have a fever, your body temperature will not be much higher than normal.
Stage 2
During this stage, you will have a high fever. You may experience weight loss. You may have fever dreams. You might feel fatigued and agitated.
Stage 3
In this stage, things get really serious. You may be having an abdominal haemorrhage. You may also experience encephalitis or inflammation of the brain. You may become dehydrated. You may not be able to walk on your own.
Stage 4
This stage is where you will be experiencing extremely high fever. This stage also brings on several other health complications
